Dear Tasha,

You know that I can’t thank you enough for saving my life.

Because of you, I will never give up. You bring a ray of sunshine in my life, even on the worse days. You know if I am having a bad day, and you comfort me. Everyday, you put a smile on my face with your wagging tail. On the nights that your snoring wakes me up, I can’t stop smiling. This is why you have the nickname of “La Ronfleuse”.

Everywhere we go, you make people happy. You bring joy to everyone at Shepherd Center (Catastrophic hospital) on every appointment I have. I see the smile and the sparkle in their eyes when they see you; the same reaction I had when in rehabilitation at Shepherd and therapy animals were visiting.

There was a queen of disco, but you are the queen of Costco, since the staff of the Costco we go to remember you as the cutest, most adorable service dog. Costco customers stop me to hug and/or kiss you. I now refer to them as “Tasharazzi”.

Ma petite Tasha, I know you understand me when I speak with you either in English or in French. Same thing when we speak to my Father on Facetime.

Je t’aime Tasha,
